Summary:

The AVP-Nursing develops strategies to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization. Provides oversight for areas of responsibility to ensure achievement of goals for the department(s).


Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to management within areas of responsibility.
  • Oversees the development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, and programs.
  • Formulates and implements operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversees operations, budget, financial targets, and human resources management.

Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Preferred Credential(s):
    • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing.

Education &
Experience:

  • Master's degree required
  • Five years of previous experience in a significant nursing management role required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
